- Where do you work?
- Remote support is available anywhere in Sweden. Home visits are currently available in the Stockholm area only.
- What does it cost?
- Some services have a fixed price and others are charged per started hour. Every price is listed on the pricing page, and you get the price for your specific job before we start.
- Do I have to pay in advance?
- No. You pay after the work is done, by card or Klarna. Booking a time costs nothing.
- Can I use the RUT deduction?
- Work carried out in your home may qualify for the RUT deduction, which reduces the labour cost on your invoice. Eligible services are marked, and we confirm what applies to your job before we start.
- How does remote support work?
- We call you at the agreed time and send a link. You approve the connection, you see everything that happens on your screen, and you can end the session at any moment.
- Is it safe to let you connect to my computer?
- You are in control the whole time and nothing happens without your approval. We never ask for your passwords, BankID codes or card details — and no one legitimate ever will.
- What if you cannot solve my problem?
- It happens, usually because hardware has failed. In that case we tell you plainly what is wrong, what your options are, and we do not charge you for work that did not help.
- Do I need an account?
- You can request help without one, but an account means your devices and your service history are saved, so you never explain your setup twice.
- Do I need a password?
- No. We send a login link to your email address. There is no password to choose, forget or have stolen.
- Can you help my parents?
- Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people contact us. You can book on their behalf — just give us their address and phone number.
